Maddy Hicks is a 24-year-old pop singer songwriter who has been performing her own music for over a decade. Originally from Charlton, New York, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2018 to pursue a career as an artist and songwriter while studying at Belmont University. Blending genres, Maddy writes about the twentysomething experience with a unique sense of rhythm and rhyme beneath powerful melodies. In early 2022, two of Maddy’s unreleased songs blew up on TikTok, bringing her a much larger fanbase and leading her to sign with Overall Recordings. Her single “Kinda Over It” came out in May 2022 and has over 2.5 million streams to date. Since then, she has released several singles, which all came together in the recent release of her EP Situationships & viral hit Roster.
